After more than two decades in the financial industry, I observed how ambition, success, responsibility, and expectation can shape a life.

Years spent alongside retired Thoroughbred racehorses offered a very different perspective — one that deepened my understanding of capacity, agency, trust, and the expectations we carry.

Today, my work explores the intersections of wealth, agency, stewardship, and returning to what is true. The 12 × 12 Journey™ and The Race We Choose grew from that inquiry, offering different expressions of the same invitation: to examine what has shaped us, discern what belongs, and find greater authorship in the lives we choose.
