That depth of experience now informs the work I lead through Red Thread Consulting – The 12 x 12 Journey™ and The Red Thread Thoroughbred Project, meeting people where they are whether within the corporate world, entrepreneurial paths, or seasons of personal reinvention.
Today, I am the founder of The Red Thread Thoroughbred Project, a registered nonprofit that brings my philosophy to life—and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) candidate, deepening my capacity to guide values-led conversations across generations.

True stewardship recognizes that nothing is fully ours, but that we are called to tend, preserve, and carry forward with integrity. At its heart, stewardship asks not only what do I hold, but how do I hold it—with strength, continuity, and the unseen choice to honor what matters most.
