Red Thread Consulting does not provide financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, mental health services, therapy, counseling, or coaching.
Any specific service engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which outlines scope, terms, fees, and responsibilities.
4. Booking, Payment & Fees
All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and is subject to change without notice.
Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking or enrollment and must be satisfied according to those terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our discretion.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of our advisory services:
Clarity Sessions and multi-conversation advisory engagements (including The 12 × 12 Journey™) are non-refundable once booked or initiated, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited at our discretion.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for speaking engagements, facilitation, or other custom services are outlined in the applicable agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, frameworks, language, concepts, imagery, design elements, downloads, and materials—is the intellectual property of Red Thread Consulting LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content without prior written permission.
